Please note that once you have booked classes and workshops with us, it means that we have reserved a spot in our schedule exclusively for you. 

 

• If you cancel your class or workshops less than 30 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to receiving an 80% refund, less the $25 administrative fee.

 

• If you cancel your classes or workshops less than 14 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to receiving a 50% refund, less the $25 administrative fee.

 

• If you cancel your classes or workshops less than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to receiving a 30% refund, less the $25 administrative fee.

 

• You are not eligible for any refund if you requested course cancellation less than 6 days before the class/workshop starting date. 

 

• Special events or camps: Tuition will be refunded if notice is at least 30 DAYS before the start date of the camp. If notice of withdrawal is given less than 30 DAYS before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund, less the $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be 7 DAYS before the start date.
